Business travel to India is permitted but requires coordination with Global Security. All travelers must take the following actions:
- Get approval from designated Global Security contact
- As early as possible in trip planning, consult Global Security for assistance in assessing and managing the risks associated with a proposed itinerary
- Adhering to the recommendations of Global Security, company personnel can make their own travel bookings through CTREX or authorized travel agencies
- Inform Global Security of travel itineraries in writing as far in advance of departure as possible
Travel to the contested India-controlled area of Kashmir is prohibited given ongoing periodic military skirmishes in the area.
